Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products and the international shipping process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled as it will have already been processed and dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kukirinegypt@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess each case individually and work to resolve it appropriately.
