Where We Ship We deliver to all governorates across Egypt. Nationwide free delivery is included on all orders — no hidden fees, no customs charges.

Delivery Timeframe All orders are delivered within 20–29 days from the date of purchase. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and again once it has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Fees We handle all customs and import procedures on your behalf. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

Delays Delivery timeframes are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you promptly if your order is delayed.
